I despoted my check, the teller tried to write down the wrong amount, she did apologize but that doesn't make it any better. Second story i was shopping on a website for early black Friday sales only had a short time frame got everything into my basket, tried to pay for it and the bank refused the purchase!!! Satisfying banking
Becca Jones messed up canceling my deceased wife's account. She was unapologetic to the matter and did the bare minimum to take care of the problem. I believe management witnessed the issue but also kept quiet, only to help her with questions. Very disappointing. 05/16/23 Roughly 1PM ESDT
An absolutely awful place to deal with. We were referred to this bank to get a mortgage after our own mortgage company had issues financing a modular home. Since day one this place has been nothing but an absolute nightmare. I have purchased 4 homes and never have I gone through the hell that this place put us through day after day. This bank thrives on money taken from the working class, they charge $76 for your account being less than $1 overdrawn, a simple mistake often made when you live paycheck to paycheck trying to make ends meet. They will remind you it was your fault, you miscalculated and refuse to refund any of the fees. This bank is a bold reminder that we, the blue collar american people pay for the ridiculously large and expensive buildings they sit comfortably in while bleeding us dry.
