Yes, I come into the Verizon store here in jeffersontown today to get a phone unlocked. we've tried other Verizon stores especially one in Shelby county and they cannot get anything done. we have to come all the way into Louisville to this store to get all of our needs taken care of.

I despoted my check, the teller tried to write down the wrong amount, she did apologize but that doesn't make it any better. Second story i was shopping on a website for early black Friday sales only had a short time frame got everything into my basket, tried to pay for it and the bank refused the purchase!!! Satisfying banking
Becca Jones messed up canceling my deceased wife's account. She was unapologetic to the matter and did the bare minimum to take care of the problem. I believe management witnessed the issue but also kept quiet, only to help her with questions. Very disappointing. 05/16/23 Roughly 1PM ESDT
