If you have ever been to this branch then you know who Vicki is. She greets everyone who walks in the door, knows her customers by name and is super friendly and helpful. If she is available, I usually opt to deal with her because she is the definition of customer service.
Went and set up new account and worked with Vicki Elliott which was very helpful on walking through everything and account was setup before I left.... Vicki and the other staff working the counters are very professional and eager to help you to answer all questions you may have....
I can't say enough great things about the ladies at Shelbyville Weissinger German American Bank! Samantha and Vicki have always provided over and above service! They are compassionate, hardworking and personable. Information is clearly explained. If they don't have an answer, they will find it and get back in a timely manner. You will always receive a beautiful greeting when you enter this branch. I look forward to their smiles!
