Went and set up new account and worked with Vicki Elliott which was very helpful on walking through everything and account was setup before I left.... Vicki and the other staff working the counters are very professional and eager to help you to answer all questions you may have....
I can't say enough great things about the ladies at Shelbyville Weissinger German American Bank! Samantha and Vicki have always provided over and above service! They are compassionate, hardworking and personable. Information is clearly explained. If they don't have an answer, they will find it and get back in a timely manner. My Dad opened my account in 1978 when the Bank was locally owned. In all this time, I have never overdrawn. Yesterday I checked my account online to find it was in the negative, by a LOT. I panicked and thought that I had been hacked…. Well, I hacked myself. I paid my federal tax payment out of the wrong bank!!!
