Very helpful in opening a J1 student bank account! Staff were friendly and the process was simple and quick
They have a major staff issue! Nobody is ever there and the virtual ATM does not work for everyone including myself. They have one teller, thats it and a kid whom has been in training for 2 years! Only reason I have an account here is because of my employer I would never bank with this branch,citizens is fine as a bank. It's the Orleans branch that's the problem its horrendous don't waste your time drive to Harwich
The bank manager is a witch. I will never conduct business there just because of her negative attitude.
I was really a terrible day. Had to go to Citizens. Thankfully Andrelys Gonzalez and Danny Souza always straighten thing out very quickly. They have amazing customer service I finally love my bank:)
