Convenient banking
Just went to open an account and I must say if I get bad customer service before opening an account I definitely won't be opening an account with them. 3 people working and only one can open a new account? There were 2 desk for people to provide services such as opening an account and 3 people working. I was told by LeeAnn because the bank would be closing and the bank rep was with someone and would be with them until the bank closed I would need to make an appointment to come back. Long line. Only one teller servicing customers. Luckily she was quick and customers had easy transactions.
I was checking out at register # 14 and somehow dropped my debit card. The cashier and the bagger and myself all looked for the card and could not find it. After checking out and paying by another method, i went to the Citizens bank agent who was extremely helpful. She put a hold on my card and we chatted briefly. I was leaving the store and she came running to catch me to say that one of the store employees had found and returned my card. I am extremely grateful to both the Bank and the Store employee.
