Ever since Citizens bank was sold to Harvest Bank, I've had nothing but problems. I try to log into my account and after 3 times, I'm locked out. No "after hour number" to unlock my account. I am 100% sure I input my correct credentials. With Harvest Bank doing an upcoming "Fraud prevention" seminar in Montrose, they should tell people to join their bank and NOBODY will be able to have access. Not account owners and not fraudsters... do not bank here, I've been a member for 15 years. the overdrafts are ridiculous I have 3 accounts with them always money in one. this winter has has been a tight one, every time I'm negative in one account and don't realize it til I got a 56$ overdraft fee. the last time I had 3k in my personal account. no call no heads up no email saying I'm negative to make account right. it's just 56$ a time as many times as they like
