I have to say I have had the best banking experience ever with this bank. From the time I made the first phone call to closing on my loan, the customer service was exceptional!!! Eric is very professional, and knowledgeable. This bank will have my business for years to come, because of him. Tomorrow( the 28th ) we celebrate our 11th year here at Fort Half Moon. Citizen's has been our partner since day 1, and we would have it no other way.
