Was going to open an account at this branch but not customer service friendly, lots of standing around, no working.
Honestly impressed with this bank. We’ve had them for almost 2 years now and the customer service is top to bottom unmatched. The branch manager (Papillion), particularly has taken care of my family. A while back I got sick and was trying to find a job, she has been helping us to get back on track. We are forever grateful for the family style approach and the manner they treat us. Hands down, the best bank for a blue collared family.
