I sent a Venmo last Friday and it went to the wrong business with the same name. I sent a message to the bank late that night to see if they could cancel it. I got a response early on Monday that they couldn't do that with Venmo. I recieved a call at 2:30 from Cheri Carlson at Citizens State Bank and she said if I came in she would assit me with reaching out to Venmo; she spent an hour and a half dealing with Venmo and I recieved a full refund from them. I came to the Hudson Citizens State Bank for the best local CD rate. I found that rate and so much more. My Relationship manager Jill R. was fantastic. Professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. I like the service so much I opened a savings account as well. Citizens is a well run operation that inspires confidence.

They always tell me of new offerings and assist me with all my banking needs. Most of all they treat you like a human and respect you.
