I sent a Venmo last Friday and it went to the wrong business with the same name. I sent a message to the bank late that night to see if they could cancel it. I got a response early on Monday that they couldn't do that with Venmo. I recieved a call at 2:30 from Cheri Carlson at Citizens State Bank and she said if I came in she would assit me with reaching out to Venmo; she spent an hour and a half dealing with Venmo and I recieved a full refund from them.
