I cashed a check at the Bank this morning and received great customer service! Seriously thinking of opening an account!
Worse customer service, the oriental lady working was completely rude. Only bank I know that will not cash a check that’s from there in the drive thru made me come inside to wait then be rude cause I wasn’t a customer of there. Then to only tell me they were going to to charge me to cash the check since I’m not a customer but the check was wrote to me by one of their customers. I will certainly not be a customer ever now or come back.
I have been banking at this location since it was Citizen's Bank. I still am extremely happy with the customer service. The employees are so friendly and go above and beyond, which is hard to find these days. I recently had a distressing situation occur and Daniel was right there to resolve. They truly do their jobs with a personal touch. Thank you!
If you receive a cashiers check from this bank just be sure you are aware that it isn't worth the paper it's printed on. The bank won't have the cash available for quite some time. Banks are controlled by the Feds, the Feds control the money which in turn means they control you. Banks are a criminal organization for the federal government. Don't trust them, especially simmons bank, they can't cash their own cashiers check that was issued the same day by them!
This went from being the best bank " Citizens" to the worst bank "Simmons" in Tyler / East Texas to deal with. SIMPLE THINGS like replacement of a Debit Card has taken well over a month at the fault of the Bank over the simplest things such as a customers ADDRESS. 3rd and 4th time isn't a charm.
