Somehow my mother WITH dementia and had a stroke and CAN NOT speak and is in a NURSING HOME was somehow signed up for this insurance or whatever it is. We have been getting bills for a few months now in care of my husbands name. I am her power of attorney, not my husband. Also this nursing home is located in Pennsylvania. How does that happen? I tried calling but they’re only open until 4:30 eastern. Will definitely be calling again tomorrow.
These people keep allowing someone to steal my identity and bill me for someone in a nursing home whom in which I don't know. Now I had to obtain lefmgal assistance to sue this company because I was told on several occasions that it was taken care of and my name was removed from said account....andvits crazy its my maiden name that's being used in which it hasn't been used since 1992.
