My mom with dementia was signed up for this never received any care from them, died 2 months after being in a nursing home and they still cont to charge her monthly after she was deceased. They are charging her $1200 for care she never received. Medicaid does NOT cover this. This is a predatory company. They go into nursing homes and get the elderly to sign up for plans. They somehow got my father to sign up for three different plans and he now has a $1400 bill for services and insurance he did not need. My father has a legal guardian and can not make his own decisions. 8/13- Several calls, emails, and voicemail were left before I actually talked to someone. This company told Medicaid my brother was dismissed to his home, when he actually went to another facility the same day. His insurance was almost terminated due to this misinformation.
Someone pretending to be from our nursing home staff pushed this plan to us. I was told the premiums would be covered by Medicare or Medicaid. Now they are sending me bills for my 80 year old mother.
