Awful bank. Mortgage was bought off from Civista Bank on Feb 3rd 2026 and they’re sending me foreclosure notices that my payment is late. Stated my December payment was late. They didn’t even own the mortgage in December. If it was late it’s because the other bank didn’t forward the payment. Garbage company. I’m going to refinance the mortgage just so that they no longer own the mortgage.
Company never answers their phones, can't seem to do their actual jobs.
This is the worst mortgage company I’ve dealt with. We are affected by the government shutdown. They want to mail us a packet we mail it back then they have 45 days to review for there answer. All while reporting to credit and becoming negative. I’ve called 5 times all the reps say something different.
Don't deal with this bank for your mortgage. They're awful. My story with them is to long to write
