With July's FEMA zone change, my property was placed into the flood zone. We then spent a lot of money and effort to have it removed by FEMA (received LOMA). It was sent to citizens via email, site, fax, mail on 9/19. Countless calls were made and reps assured that I should not worry about force placed and that removal action is coming.
