I love Citizens of Humanity jeans. Ive had 5 pairs in the last 5 years. Fit is great, so is the quality. Honestly I cant express how much I love this brand. However the last pair I ordered had some sort of defect on one leg, it was folding too much behind the knee. I noticed it after 1 wear. I emailed 3 times before they asked for a photo, at which honestly you cant see much at all and after that they went quiet. I didnt expect it from them at all. In fact Im shocked.
