If I could give this location 0 stars, I absolutely would. This branch is useless. First off, the phrase “bankers hours” is the epitome of this place. The operating hours are an absolute joke, making it nearly impossible for anyone with a job to actually get there. To make matters worse, you can’t even walk into the lobby unless you have an appointment. It creates a massive inconvenience for simple tasks. I was just having a bad day and the customer service lady was so patient with me. I cannot say anything bad about the ladies in Waxahchie. Thank you again for your excellent customer service
They’re never open anymore. 10-4 with an hour for lunch? Are you even in business?
Hours are ridiculous. Open for two hours to then close for lunch for an hour? Wasn't this way when we started banking here. Not sure how people who work are supposed to visit this branch with such limited hours.
