Staff is so nice
I’ve been with this Citizens National Bank since I was in high school, and I’ve never had any issues with them until today. Before I state my issue, I will first say that I love this bank because most of the tellers know you by name. Everyone is always friendly and more than helpful. My issue is with the customer care center. I called this morning, after not really getting a clear answer on an issue, I asked to speak with someone.
