Jada is such a great personal banker. I really appreciate her. She is so knowledgeable about every service, Bonita branch has such a great staff. All of the staff there are very experienced
Called and asked for assistance with my account. First question was for full social, and when I asked if I could give account and last four of social, I got rude attitude telling me to come in to the branch if I didn't want to give it. After I gave her ssn, birthdate, account, etc, she asked me for last four or my social! She would have had my account pulled up at that point, but placed me on hold for 30 minutes then hung up!
