A very nice lady contacted me about a mistake I had made on my deposit slip sent via mail. Sharon Blum, took the time to contact me about MY mistake and she fixed it without issue. She was very kind and took the time to clarify what I had meant to do. So, thank you Sharon Blum, you are AWESOME!
I love the phone app but this bank screws up a lot. My mom and I both have accounts there and they've screwed her bill pay many times and then we made a $500 deposit that didn't post and I have the slip to prove I deposited it yesterday at 1:30pm and now I'm overdrawn and am out of town and screwed bc the friggin offices are closed and i can't straighten it out til Monday. I really am considering going to another bank bc this hasn't been our only problem with this bank.
