Jeff is an incredibly nice and helpful man; however, we have serious concerns about his ethics. He went behind the back of one of the trustees of an estate and initiated the reverse mortgage process without their approval, even after being told to hold off until legal counsel was consulted. Not only did he proceed, but he also contacted the insurance company to change the lender on the homeowner's policy without authorization from the primary trustee--more than once. Jeff Krolosky made getting a reverse mortgage for my parents way easier than I expected. Simple process, friendly, and now they have extra funds to actually enjoy retirement. Definitely call him, their house is finally paying them back!
