great they gave me a loan when no one else would. They have a beautiful bank and great service. It's nice because it's not as huge as other chains, so you get more personal service
trustworthy and reliable. when i wanted to get a loan to buy my new car i went to citizens because i wasnt able to get a good rate elsewhere. their loan officer was very friendly and polite and he went over the details with me and in no time i was able to get a pretty good rate for a loan. i liked their service very much.
