Absolutely rude and horrible. They were snotty and immediately unwilling to help. Talked to me like I was a criminal

I applaud Melissa Ouelette and the staff at this Citizens First Bank branch. We had a difficult issue and her and her staff handled it very well. It’s comforting to know that we are part of a great hometown banking family. We have been customers for 19 years and would not consider any other bank.
