I don’t understand a rule that Citizens Bank has. I was unable to go to the bank myself due to the fact I just had surgery and can’t drive. I sent my sister instead. She had a $200.00 check from another bank. Half of it was to be deposited into my Citizens bank account. The other half was to come back to me. The check was made out to cash. My sister signed it, she showed her ID. They refused to give her the balance of $100.00 because her name wasn’t on the account.
