Excellent service! If you phone the bank, a person answers.
Absolutely terrible bank. Customer service is also terrible. I have never had so many issues with one institution. Several times my card was declined, business and personal. I went into the bank and stated the problems and was told that I was more than welcome to go bank anywhere else. The problem was they never processed something on their end to reactivate the cards.
