Excellent service! If you phone the bank, a person answers.
Absolutely terrible bank. Customer service is also terrible. I have never had so many issues with one institution. Several times my card was declined, business and personal. I went into the bank and stated the problems and was told that I was more than welcome to go bank anywhere else. The problem was they never processed something on their end to reactivate the cards. Excellent bank. The friendly staff knows their job and their customers. Always accomplish what I go into the bank to do. Plus the popcorn is always fresh.
