ATM's sometimes work, App rarely works. Have to keep uninstalling, then reinstalling, over and over. People in branch could care less, no personality, almost as if they are doing me a favor having money in their bank. Was just about to open new account, and, have direct deposits sent, but no way now. Can't trust this bank for anything to work right.
