I have been banking with this bank for a few months and at first it was ok then I believe like the 3rd mth I overdrafted my account and again the 4th month I did same thing in which I was charged fees both times in which I paid no hesitation I also have direct deposit but after the 4th month I was asked to come into the Branch where I say down with the bank manager and she proceeded to tell me they were closing my account because I overdrafted too much too often and she was getting heat from the office above her so I said ba... read more
I have banked with citizens for 10 years now. I have always trusted them and used them for all of my purchases. Today I was attempting to purchase tickets for a very very popular artist against about 250,000 people trying to do the same. I was somehow 1,000th in the queue. I made it in to purchase tickets with plenty of money, I had added some of the best ticket seats that was extremely rare. Their ATM is in dire need of upgrade. Never takes more than 2 bills when doing a cash deposit. Have to put in one bill at a time. Very irritating. Also they are denying overseas transactions as "fraud" when the business is definitely not fraud! I'm told I'd have to use another card to book. Wow!

beware of manager “Linda” I’ve been with this bank for a couple of years now and it’s not been an issue until lately where they charge me fees that are not my fault, In fact it’s in error to their system and a secondary banks system. I’ve reached out and had nothing but help from Melissa the branch manager. I reached out today with assistance for a fee.
