I have been banking with this bank for a few months and at first it was ok then I believe like the 3rd mth I overdrafted my account and again the 4th month I did same thing in which I was charged fees both times in which I paid no hesitation I also have direct deposit but after the 4th month I was asked to come into the Branch where I say down with the bank manager and she proceeded to tell me they were closing my account because I overdrafted too much too often and she was getting heat from the office above her so I said ba... read more
I have banked with citizens for 10 years now. I have always trusted them and used them for all of my purchases. Today I was attempting to purchase tickets for a very very popular artist against about 250,000 people trying to do the same. I was somehow 1,000th in the queue. I made it in to purchase tickets with plenty of money, I had added some of the best ticket seats that was extremely rare. Their ATM is in dire need of upgrade. Never takes more than 2 bills when doing a cash deposit. Have to put in one bill at a time. Very irritating. Also they are denying overseas transactions as "fraud" when the business is definitely not fraud! I'm told I'd have to use another card to book. Wow!
