Unprofessional. 0 stars isnt an option unfortunately. The branch manager, Steve, offered absolutely no assistance to get a title transfered to his own customer. Now his own customer is not able to buy the vehicle they wanted because he was of no help. Absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous.
If I could give negative stars, I would. I have been attempting to get my title for my vehicle from these guys since July! It has now been 3 months and my other bank still does not have the title in their possession. Citizens is a joke.
