Paid off my loan 6 /2 /25 for a 2010 Corvette waiting on car title to be released for 16 days, called iowa dot title was not released. Called Jo Myers several times with no call back. Poor and excusable service. Your loan specialist released the title on 6/ 18/25 indicating title would be ready to be picked up 6/22 or 6/ 23 I sure hope this happens because it jeperdises a trade in agreement with a classic car dealership.
Got a car loan from them through a used car dealership. I wanted to make additional payments toward the principal through the phone but they do not allow that, it has to be in person. It’s such an inconvenience because I live 2 hours away. So I decided to pay off the loan. Couldn’t pay it off online either, has to be in person. Up to 2 weeks to process with a cashiers check. I’ve never had this kind of experience with other loans from other banks in the past.
HOW SAD I SEE IN OTHER REVIEWS THAT "THE OWNER" RESPONDS TO ONLY 2!!🤬HOW SAD!!! Moved here year ago looking for local bank to use! Sadly disappointed! Either this branch has hostel work environment or they are just plain annal! When you sit down and must request a smile from an employee (two separate occasions) should have been my first clue! No access to control my debt card, it was hacked branch canceled and wanted me to pay for a new card that someone else hacked, NO! Closed account looking for better place!
