Lots of better places with better care. Better food. More activity for patients. Like a jail. Don't recommend. Can't really say anything positive
My wife had an accident and I pushed the button for the nurse waited and waited no one so I went up to the nurses station and there was no one but I seen three nurses standing around having a powow while the the alarm was going off for my wifes room I had to go to the front desk to ask for help
After both of my grandmother were there...one passed there and the other is in Frederick memorial as I write this review...both of them complained about the night staff how mean they were..this kills me inside . I hope and pray for my loved ones ...and to the night personal taking care of the elderly....take you job seriously or step the heck away from a job that requires you care for someone else's loved one
If you're looking to have your loved one cared for, or pass with any kind of dignity, this is NOT the place. The less than minimal care that was given to my mother was communicated to staff and supervisors. After having a less than professional conversation with the night supv Ez, he not only yelled at me but proceeded to hang up on me. I left messages for both directors and other management and NOT ONE of them returned my call or followed up with us after they had wrongly identified my mother twice just in my presence alone... read more
When my father was at Citizens, in both the Rehab Unit and the Memory Unit, my family was amazed at the quality of the staff. There is a caring and loving vibe that permeates the atmosphere that comforted Dad and our family. Highly recommended,
