Worst bank I've ever seen. Rudest manager I've seen. The wait is horrible, and if your money gets froze-goodluck! And the automatic door doesn't work which is very difficult for a handicap. After 23 years they don't even say hello, can't wait to close account.
ATTN: Upland Site Branch Manager I'm a non Citizens bank member, but I make withdrawals periodically. On 6/25/24, I mistakenly forgot to retrieve my card from Citizens ATM. 15 minutes later discovering my mishap, I panicked and rushed back to be told by a Teller that my card had already been shredded. How incredibly inconsiderate knowing the delay of receiving another card! In the future please advise your staff of a reasonable time period for a card holder to retrieve their property before destroying it! Knovanda P. Smith
