Great bank with an amazing team that is always very helpful
Poor customer service/training led to a huge banking error. Citizens took no responsibility nor did they apologize. They did not respond to an email requesting clarification and said apology. I'd advise using a different bank, if possible. They are terrible.
If you feel banking peaked in 1978 and want similar systems and technology, this bank is for you. People are great and personal service is excellent. Automated systems are lacking and it's a bit of a chore to do business with them online compared to larger national banks.
I asked the bank teller to do a simple task she did it wrong. Then I complained that I was going to be late somewhere mind you I had already been waiting for 10 minutes and then she tried to decline me service she also then tried to say that I Had said something completely different than what I had said whenever anytime I go to the bank I write down what I need to get done so that way I don’t have to make a second trip and I reread her my note which was not wrong.
