Went to do a bank transaction today concerning euros for our upcoming trip and was told to use the drive up window, they don't want anyone in the lobby needless to say closed my accounts and went to a rival bank.Poor customer service.

Don’t ever dispute a charge when your on vacation. If I could give them zero stars I would. I dispute two charges from NJ and NY last night well I’m on vacation in Orlando with my family they reported my card lost and stolen went to buy lunch for my kids my card was not working. I’m at a Disney resort with no rental cause we Uber and ski line. The nears citizen bank 17 miles away!!! I followed the props and said yes when they asked if I had my card. After 5 years of banking with Citizen Bank and Trust, they closed my account against my wishes. They locked out both my debit cards as "stolen". When I asked them why they couldn't provide a reason other than this is upper managements decision. I went to the Bartow branch to ask them why. Couldn't provide me a reason, but took my number down so upper management could call and provide me a reason. Lindsey called me and STILL couldn't provide me a reason. Excellent customer service. The manager was extremely patient as well as understanding with my elderly relative.
