Extremely helpful!!! Side note: I closed my account at my usual branch on Edgewood. Had an absolutely awful experience. Before I could request my statements they had already closed the accounts (they were too busy having attitudes to pay attention to my request). When I finally was able to request my last 3 month’s statements, they grumbled and explained that they “cannot do that once the account is closed.” Eventually she printed my statements for me. Can’t find the Edgewood branch on Google: Super friendly when I opened my accounts. When I closed... it was a different story. Rude. I was being charged a $5 fee to transfer money INTO my account. I can understand a fee for money leaving their bank, but in? I was also being charged $5.95 a month to keep my checking open if I had less than a certain amount in it.
