New to Florida and wanted to open a bank account with a small local bank. We chose Citizens Bank and Trust and was very pleased with the service we received there. Great customer service and folks that genuinely care about folks on their community.
Good for local checking and savings
This is the worst bank I've ever dealt with. Every time I go to an ATM, it is down or something's blocking it. And they're not open on Saturdays
Love this bank and staff, always get treated like family, highly recommend it, very helpful and kind
I've had an acct at Citizens since I moved to Polk County, 2001. An on the top of everything bank, they alert you for everything that looks threatening to your money. I had a privacy protection that didn't notice the things my bank noticed. I haven't had a reason to switch banks & have enough reasons to tell others to use it. I'm always treated fairly, never judged & they make me feel like family
