Love this bank and staff, always get treated like family, highly recommend it, very helpful and kind
I've had an acct at Citizens since I moved to Polk County, 2001. An on the top of everything bank, they alert you for everything that looks threatening to your money. I had a privacy protection that didn't notice the things my bank noticed. I haven't had a reason to switch banks & have enough reasons to tell others to use it. I'm always treated fairly, never judged & they make me feel like family
