My experience with this bank has been exceptional. As a business owner, I have had the opportunity to work with several financial institutions, but none have shown me the level of respect and professionalism that this bank has demonstrated. Worst bank ever saw the review of these guys and Alan is cold, rude and entitled. Wendy is lazy and slow Judy looks like it physically hurts her to smile, where did they find this group seriously
Alan, Judy and Wendy at this branch are always so welcoming and helpful. I have been to other branches, and you do not get the hometown feel that they offer at this branch. I recently closed my personal account that I had with another back for over 40 years and brought it to them because I was so happy with the customer service that they all offer. We have had our business account with them for years and anything that I ever need they are ready to assist. I would highly recommend the Chalet Suzanne Branch!
