Guntersville Branch is awesome, Patsy, Ravi, Renea, Bonnie in drive thru, Kennedy they are all awesome.
Took it upon themselves to change my name on checks and debit card, after 10 YEARS. WhenI called after paying $24.00-$25.00 for checks which is too much to start with …they tell me I will have to pay another fee to get more checks NOT MY DOINGS, THEIRS !!! Not a good way to treat customers. And would not even discuss debit card. Another institution may stand behind their customers.
Great friendly hometown bank
Literally walked in to open an account with this institution. I asked for a manager due to having a large amount of money to deposit. Instead, this snide, condescending woman comes out, no introduction, no handshake, just sits down and says "what do you want?" I proceed to tell her that we have done business with other local banks and they seem to get freaked out whenever we want to pull out a few thousand dollars worth of cash to pay contractors for work on our house and asked will this institution have the same problem?
