How many times do you walk into a Bank and have them call you by name? How often do you call a bank with a question and have to go through voicemail prompts 5 times until you reach a real person? And then you have to give multiple forms of identification! 🤦♀️ Not at Citizens Bank! It’s like an extension of your family because they know you!
