I know the branch on Belmont street in S&S will be closing there is however an empty bank in the back hopefully you will consider that and keeping all the bank employees together they are a wonderful crew.

Wendy is complete insuficiente manager . For many years she is sways against me (not profesional at all). I ask for images of my statements she wants to charge me 84.00 . I came to another branch they help me with my needs and gave me the images cks that I need . WHAT A DEFERENCE THE BRANCH IN NOORWOOD. Next to the ROCHE BROS. This manager should give a training to Wendy in Belmont St Brockton .

Great branch location. I had a complicated question and ended up speaking with three different associates, and they were all very friendly and accommodating. I had a good experience.

This facility is very unprofessional, long lines to wait in, unprofessional employees. This employee Junior and the manager Angela were very rude. I am not a customer and it was a simple transaction, junior said he had to write my card number down which is sensitive information on a paper, which I was uncomfortable with and he said “this is how I do it, if you don’t want it that way you can wait for someone else”. Very very unprofessional, I was thinking of opening an account but after this encounter I will never do so!!

They’re not helpful at all. I’ve lost my card and asked to send me a new one and I waited for like 3 weeks I didn’t received anything. I called to know what’s going on and the lady made a stupid mistake on the address and got the nerves to hang up on my face.
