I was unable to locate my ATM card, so thinking that I had left it in the ATM machine, I called to check. The lady with whom I spoke was pleasant and professional and informed me that my card was there and that I could pick it up upon presenting identification. I went there immediately and my card was returned by a pleasant young woman.
