The only bank to do business with!
The people at Citizens are the best. I could not get into mobile banking since they updated the system. I went into the bank to see if they could fix it. Yolanda helped me first, when she had to go to drive thru Jarett stepped in to help. Both were great and got me set up. Kudos to them! Bank at 13th and Tyler.
Jarett is a very caring and helpful young man. He’s a great addition to the team
Excellent bank, just wish the lobby was open on Saturday to everyone for walk-ins. The bank staff are awesome people and two managers or higher ups were top notch.
