Walked into this place today, looking to open an account for my local business. Before doing business with any bank, I always give them a simple little test first. Sell me a roll of quarters or something. I found it's a great way to find out how much of a pain a particular bank will be to work with. In this case, I asked them to exchange the $300 in twenties I just pulled from their ATM into 3 $100 bills. They wouldn't do it. Drove 2 minutes to Regions Bank and they did it. No questions asked. This is the worst example of a banking institution that I have every delt with. The management has absolutely No concerns for their clients. The staff acts as though you owe them something, when our money that pays their salary. Absolutely Shameful to deal with. User beware....
When will this bank learn that is Our Money that pays their bills and staff. They simply don't care!!! You are better off stashing your cash under the mattress. Seriously!!! Watch their stock drop off the planet......
