I gave it a low score not only cause they didn't cash my check but also cause they didn't tell me that in order to cash it, it had to "SPECIFICALLY" say something besides Citizens Bank. I had a check through Citizens Bank that I desperately needed to cash but I don't Bank through them. I called them and asked if it would be a problem cashing it. She told me that it WOULD NOT be a problem and there WOULD NOT be a fee since it was a Citizens Bank check. The closest Bank from me was 30-45 mins away so by the time I got there, i... read more
What kind of bank closes on Saturdays! Drive 30 minutes all the way up to Greenwood to see that it’s closed terrible decision by this branch won’t ever be back!!!
