I gave it a low score not only cause they didn't cash my check but also cause they didn't tell me that in order to cash it, it had to "SPECIFICALLY" say something besides Citizens Bank. I had a check through Citizens Bank that I desperately needed to cash but I don't Bank through them. I called them and asked if it would be a problem cashing it.
