Customer service exceptional bar none ! Citizens Bank employees understand community and care about individual customers. Real people answer their phone. Excellent bank.. They are even open when other banks are closed on certain holidays. Tellers are friendly..courteous..willing talk and answer any questions. Wouldn't go to any other bank.
