So this is a follow up to my previous review; and I’m adding a 1-Star. This is because I went to my actual branch in Bloomfield Hills and they actually refilled out the foreign wire transfer request and CALLED IT IN WHILE I WAS SEATED IN THE BRANCH. Now why wouldn’t have this branch and it’s Manager or Commercial Rep done the same thing????
Old banking methodologies still think they can make modern business customers happy. I stopped by this branch because I was in this side of town; and I needed to make a foreign wire transfer on my business account to my business partner in Turkey. I sat down face to face for an hour to fill out the form with the bank rep and the manager to sign off on.
