The staff at this branch are the nicest and most helpful people I’ve ever banked with. I normally don’t look at a bank as being local, and normally would bank at any branch. But Matt M is one of the nicest people to bank with. He goes above and beyond and is highly recommend this branch to anyone looking to be tested as a customer, and not a number.
I was here on 11/20 around 4pm to make a withdrawal and the young woman that sits towards the back did not greet me when I sat down and once she went to get my money I saw her go into someone's office with the money in her hand and ask them something and say "I never saw this before" then went and called a number on the phone and told them my account number then proceeded to ask me did I sell something, like she thought she was gonna catch me doing fraud, first of all why are you worried about where I got money from, second ... read more
As I’m seating here in the bank I’m going to write this Sheril was very rude and made it seem as she was doing my a favor helping my transfer thousands of dollars into my savings with other thousands of dollars and getting a money order, she acted as if she did not want to help me and had a attitude as she huffed and puffed the whole time it made me very uncomfortable having to deal with her and makes me not want to bank with Flagstar the other locations I go to aren’t like this one at all her behavior was very weird and dis... read more
