Worst bank branch I've ever seen in my life. they didn't help at all. female employees are very rude. they are very slow. I waited a long time. and they didn't help me deposit money. We are corporate customers. They reminded us that we had to change banks.
One of the worst branches, unfriendly staff and once they get your money they don’t care. Opened few accounts for my kids over 3 weeks ago and the put a hold on my account even though checks cleared. Called the branch few times but no one got back to me. Finally visited the branch a couple more times and still never got back to me. This branch is so slow and always under staff. The lines are always long they take forever.
I always have problems at this citizens. The tellers don't know how to do anything, the managers take forever to do the simplest of things. Avoid this place like the plague. They will treat you like dirt and act like it's your problem.
