The location on 20th st. was very very very rude to my family and I and unwilling to help us with a rough situation :/. Disrespectful and grumpy through my experience. Not just one person but the whole team. My apologies cashing my passed grandmas check was difficult for YOU!
Been using Citizen's since the seventies. All the branches are good, I just like the one on twentyith better. The people are great, easy to get inside (handicapped now), and all my visits are handled quickly and efficiently...
