I love this bank and have been banking here for years. Every single person who works here has been beyond kind to me. They have all been there for me from opening my first bank account with my dad, to closing his own after he passed away. They are always so warm, kind and helpful, making the atmosphere consistently pleasant. Truly feels like family and is such a great place to bank.
Rude staff, poor service.
I needed to make an urgent wire transfer and was driving from out of state. I called this branch and Carolyn was very helpful guiding me through the process and completing the transfer just before the wire room closed even though I arrived with little to no time to spare. Five star service for sure.
