Walking into this branch is like entering the gate of heaven, you are welcomed by employees who are happy to do what they are getting paid for. And then you go to Southfield road branch and experience is the opposite. What is not fair is that most customers like myself will prefer the extra 5 minutes drive to see the angels, thereby overworking them while they get paid the same.
