Deposited a check. It was returned. Went into the branch to find out what happened. Confusion 1) They didn't even try to look at it told me the issue was with the issuer. Talked with the issuer and no problem. Went back to branch. Confusion 2) they didn't want to be bothered to do research. When they did said it was the check image couldn't be read. I visited the branch today to open an account for my mom. We met Jadmeet Sidhu who was extremely helpful, supportive and patient with all our requirements. She helped my mom with her online and mobile app set up as well. I would definitely recommend this bank, this branch and this great team.
Citizens bank on Middlebelt Rd has excellent customer service. They definitely deserve 5 stars in my opinion. Very friendly people......
