Citizens is the worst bank I have EVER had an account with. I’m so glad I no longer have an account with them. A bunch of scam artist, they are unhelpful and have no customer service skills. I’ve lost so much money due to the incompetence of the people they employ, and all the random service charges they hit you with.
I've been using this bank ever since I was 16 and still, I have no complaints. Staff always treats me like family and makes me feel welcomed.
