Friendly customer service.
I’ve banked with citizens bank for over 30 years and this branch is the worst. One particular teller was rude and didn’t want to help me. I am strongly considering switching banks.
WISH I COULD GIVE A 0 STAR REVIEW THEY ARE VERY IGNORANT IN THIS BRANCH, AND THEY DISLIKE COIN ROLL HUNTERS, TRIED TO ORDER COINS FOR PAST 7 WEEKS AND THEY GIVE NEW EXCUSES EVERY WEEK, AND RANDOMLY CLOSING MY ACCOUNT DOWN WITHOUT NOTICE IS VERY BAD BUSINESS, AND CHARGING FEES THAT CANNOT BE REVIEWED AFTER CLOSING, VERY SHADY BUSINESS, HOPE SOMEONE READS THIS THATS IMPORTANT. WILL MAKE SURE THIS GETS OUT THERE !!!!!!!!!
Citizens that have a job cannot utilize this Bank. They have the shortest hours of any Bank in the area. I thought I wanted to open an account here but they're never open when I come by. I get off work early too, 3:30, but the bank closes at 4:00. I don't know how any Citizens are getting any use out of this Bank.
I frequently use that branch. I've found all the employees kind and efficient. ESPECIALLY SABRINA!! SHE IS SO PLEASANT, PROFESSIONAL,HELPFUL, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. SHE HAS AWESOME PATIENCE AND MAKES ME FEELLIKE SHE APPRECIATES HER CUSTOMERS CHOUCE TO BANK THERE.
