I frequently use that branch. I've found all the employees kind and efficient. ESPECIALLY SABRINA!! SHE IS SO PLEASANT, PROFESSIONAL,HELPFUL, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. SHE HAS AWESOME PATIENCE AND MAKES ME FEELLIKE SHE APPRECIATES HER CUSTOMERS CHOUCE TO BANK THERE.
MANAGER TAMARA HOLENA SPEAKS TO THE EMPLOYEES VERY BAD. AS A CUSTOMER I WAS TAKEN BACK HAVING TO WITNESS THE WAY SHE TREATS THE STAFF AT THIS BRANCH, TALKING DOWN TO THEM AND CREATING A HOSTILE WORKPLACE IT WAS A DISGRACE!!!!!!!
Gary was great he helped me set up my accounts and my debit card. But while waiting I was very disturbed by the way Gary was being treated by the branch manager. I believe that’s who she was. It was very disappointing to see. I felt the urge to defend him as the lady talked down to him as if he was a child. Respect is due to a dog no matter your title smh
I found this bank to be professional and friendly. The teller was informative. If I decide to change banks, I would go here.
