Your customer service is very bad. On January 31, I changed my zelle number to PNC Bank. Pnc has the information on file. Today, Feb2, I had someone send me money through Zelle using the same mobile number. It was deposited in Citizen Bank the account I changed. They stated to me that it was deposited 1:09pm and number deactivated (changed) at 1:10pm. I waited on the phone for hour for a representative that put me on hold to come back and tell me this information. She claimed it was not an hour it was 57 minutes. And since m... read more
