Helpful staff
Absolute WORST customer service of any citizens bank i have ever been too. Time and time again they fail at helping my needs and can never seem to explain why they can not help. On top of that they're always extremely rude, especially the branch manager. I would highly recommend making the trip to the west hartford, south main street location.
