Was in a bind and this branch helped me out big time when no other citizen branches were able. Amy took care of everything very well and quick for me and saved the day! Super appreciate this branch, I wish it were closer to my house.
I had a Home Equity Line of Credit with Citizens for the last 6 years. They cranked the interest rate to 9.99 percent. The manager said he had no idea how it got that high. He said he could do nothing. Useless! I got a rate at 6.25 two weeks later at Western Division CU. Citizens is a lousy bank. They will rip you off. Go somewhere else!
