An AWFUL bank with a short middle aged blonde female employee that believes it’s appropriate to begin a conversation with a disrespectful and accusatory tone. I wouldn’t ever suggest doing business with this bank.
THIS IS NOT THE CITIZENS BANK FROM THE EAST COAST WITH THE GREEN LOGO. THIS IS A TOTALLY DIFFERENT BANK.
I have been a customer for 20 years and they are awesome
Great customer service, but horrible policies. Got charged $60 in fees for the difference of a dollar in my account. Never got a notification or a phone call or anything. Do not use this bank if you enjoy any modern banking conveniences.
